Termination of Agreements and E Learning Course Fee Refund Policy
This course fee refund policy applies to candidates who are undertaking our e-learning
courses. If you have decided to cancel, delay a course currently paid for to Coral & Reed
Ltd, it is essential to know our course fee refund policy and our terms and conditions.
Both the client and ourselves have the right to terminate any Service Agreement for any
reason. No refunds shall be offered, where a service is deemed to have begun and is, for all
intents and purposes, underway.
Full course fees will be refunded where a candidate withdrawals from the course provided
the candidate has not logged in to the Learning Portal. Any monies that have been paid to
us which constitute payment in respect of the provision of unused services, shall be
refunded subject to a written refund request been submitted to us within 14 days.
Where a refund request is submitted 14 days after purchase, no refund shall be offered.
Notification for instance, in person, via email, mobile phone ‘text message’ and/or fax, or any
other means will be accepted, subject to confirmation in writing.
Certification
Coral & Reed Ltd will issue a certificate of completion to you in the name specified in your
account created. As expressly stated in the Brochure, we only issue certificates of
completion and not certificates of attainment of a particular grade, qualification or standard.
Certificates of completion will be issued electronically only and will be available for print by
the learner. No hard copies shall be issued by Coral & Reed Ltd via postage. Learners shall
be solely responsible for the production, and reproduction of any certificates for courses
undertaken with us through the learning portal. Replacements will be available up to one
year from completion of the course for free.
