This qualification is offered in three formats: a concise Award, a more extensive Certificate, or a comprehensive Diploma. Each unit is designed to focus on a specific set of skills and knowledge across six key areas: Working with People, Managing Yourself and Personal Skills, Providing Direction, Facilitating Innovation and Change, Achieving Results, Using Resources.
1. Developing and Leading Teams to Achieve Organisational Goals and Objectives (4 credits)
This unit enhances a Registered Manager’s ability to lead teams effectively towards achieving the strategic goals of the organisation. It covers team dynamics, leadership styles, and performance management, which are essential for ensuring high-quality services.

2. Managing Improvement (3 credits)

7. Understanding the Organisational Environment (5 credits)

8. Managing Information (3 credits)

9. Making a Financial Case (3 credits)

11. Becoming an Effective Leader (4 credits)

Credit Value 6 – 12
Structure – The qualification is structured into 2 groups. At least hour of induction and at least 3 hours of tutorial support are required. There are no mandatory units and a wide range of optional units. Learners must attain a minimum of 6 credits and no more than 12 credits to achieve this qualification.
Certificate – Qualification level
Credit Value 13 – 36
Structure – The qualification is structured into 2 groups. At least 2 hours of induction and at least 7 hours of tutorial support are required. There are no mandatory units and a wide range of optional units. Learners must attain a minimum of 13 credits and no more than 36 credits to achieve this qualification.
Diploma – Qualification level
Credit Value 37 – 37
Structure – The qualification is structured into 2 groups. At least 2 hours of induction and at least 7 hours of tutorial support are required. There are no mandatory units and a wide range of optional units. Learners must attain a minimum of 37 credits and to achieve this qualification.
