Assessment

Upon the successful completion of the Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults online learning material, you will undertake a 20 question quiz  with a pass mark of 80%. The questions are automatically marked and you will be automatically certificated. If you don’t pass, you can retake the assessment as many times as desired until you pass.

What is safeguarding, its fundamental tenets, who constitutes an adult at risk, and safeguarding laws.

The 9 categories of abuse and respective signs and symptoms, the principles of abuse, additional safeguarding issues, and outside help.

Safeguarding Concerns and disclosures, responses are recorded, the reporting procedure is followed, impediments to speaking out are removed, and whistleblowing is encouraged.
